The new Flower Shower stamps are just soo cute! If you’re anything like me, you’ve probably seen the Stamptember exclusive from 2017 called “Rain or shine” and sighed over not getting your hands on it – But finally there’s some equally as cute flower critters! (and if you’re lucky enough to have the exclusive, these will match perfectly I’m sure!)
Instead of using the flower as an umbrella, I wanted to use it as giving the flower away – So I focused on one of the critters holding the beautiful flowers and colored it in before cutting it out.
Since I love tags, I used two of the tags from the Basic Set dies to create a place for my critter to sit. I tied a ribbon through the top (I can’t really do tags without ribbon).
Behind the tags I used the leaves from Leafy Cover in two different green colors. For the background I cut the All Prettied Up scallop rectangle from some patterned paper and glued it to a blue card base.
Finally I cut the little Hello die from Mega Flipper from some gold glitter cardstock and added it next to the Flower Shower bunny. I also used a glitter gel pen to add some sparkly details around the card.

This is adorable! I really like the balance of the different elements, but it still looks clean and pretty simple! ( Of course YOU make it look simple! When I will go to try it, I’m sure it will not work as smoothly! Lol)
