Stampede | November 2020

Welcome to the Mama Elephant Design Team blog hop!

Our newest release is now live and available for purchase in the store!

The Iconic Ornaments stamp set is perfect for some simple and easy cards.

For this project I simply white heat embossed the image on a piece of red cardstock, then colored in some of the images with a gold gel pen.

I stamped one of the sentiments on white cardstock and cut it out using the strip die from Sweet Feline.

Before I added the panel to my card, I trimmed off 1/8 inch from each side, then glued it to the card. I added the sentiment strip in the middle of the ornament using foam squares.

  1. Red and gold are a such a classic pairing for Christmas, and they look great here! I like the subtlety of the white embossing, and the whole card looks so quick to pull together, too.
