Stampede | October 2020

It’s stampede day and for my project this month I’ve created a one layer card (at least almost – it is glued to a standard A2 card base)

I started by stamping my two images on the card front using grey ink. To create the background 

I cut out a set of Snow Capped Mountains and a hill from the Landscape Trio dies, then used them as templated to draw in the shapes. 

Then I colored in the entire card front. To create the sentiment I used the new Big Snow Much Love and cut it directly in the card front piece. Then I glued all the pieces to the card base and using a silver gel pen, I drew along the lines, using the cuts as a little path to follow. 

Thigh creates a little silver border that highlights the sentiment.
Finally, I used a white gel pen to draw in a bunch of snowflakes on the background.
