I’m sure you can imagine how excited I was just reading “Little Agenda Spaceship” for the first time, and when I saw the stamps I got even more excited! So, I pre-colored a whole bunch of images from the stamp set – if you want to see the colors I used, you can find a color map at the bottom of the post.
For today’s project, I created a fun circle slider card on a galaxy background.
I started by inking up my background using purple, yellow and turquoise and a whole lot of dark blue and black ink. Then I splattered it with white and silver paint to create the stars. After it had dried completely, I cut it out using the Basic Rectangles dies and then two of the circles from Basic Circles to create the slider track. Using the rectangle piece as a guide I glued down the “frame” piece directly to the card base. Then I popped up the smallest circle using foam tape – make sure the tape is not too close to the edge of the circle, as a coin needs to be able to move along the track.
I placed the coin in the track and then popped up the rectangle pieces as well, before adding the space ship with the bunny inside to the coin using a small foam circle.

Then I added the earth and moon inside the smallest circle and surrounded them with stars.
For the sentiment, I stamped the “I love you to the moon and back” from Wish upon a star on the banner from the Basic Set, and added it with a bit of foam tape. Then I added the little astronaut and more stars.
Totally in love with how the space ship goes around and around the card!
