Today I am showing you this sweet thank you card featuring the new Botanic Envelope and one of my favorite stamp sets, Organic Blooms.
I started the card off by cutting out the various envelope pieces – the large one and a set of leaves from white cardstock and the frames and leaves from gold metallic cardstock. I glued the frames to the white envelope and then used the envelope to figure out which parts of the Organic Blooms stamps I needed to stamp and color.
I used a no line coloring ink to stamp the flowers, and colored it in before cutting it out with a pair of scissors. I also colored the white die cut leaves with the same green markers.
Then I placed the flowers inside the envelope and added in all the leaves around it. For all the pieces, I glued down the bottom of the image, and popped up the top of it with a tiny bit of thin foam tape.

I cut out a circle of grey cardstock using the biggest die from Basic Circles, and then cut that again using the Woodgrain Cover die to get some texture. I added the circle to the card base with some thin foam tape, making the right side of it hang over the edge a bit, which I cut off. Then I splatted on a little bit of gold paint before adding the Botanic Envelope with more thin foam tape.
I stamped one of the sentiments from Organic Blooms using grey ink and added it to the card with foam tape. Finally, I added a few clear sequins to finish off the card.
