Stampede | January 2020

Welcome to the Mama Elephant Design Team blog hop!

Our newest release is now live and available for purchase in the store!

I am completely in love with the adorable Whimsy Alphas dies – and I just knew they would work perfectly as the background on a card.

I cut the letters X and O out of iridescent cardstock four times each. These fit perfectly for the height of the card front. I also cut the Lots of Hearts die out of the same cardstock and glued the scattered around the card, along with some small iridescent stars.

Then I stamped the bunny from Crafted with Love and colored it in with my copics – using iridescent watercolor on the hearts as well. To soften the card a bit, I cut the heart from Scallop Tags Trio out of vellum and glued behind the bunny.

The last thing I needed to do then, was stamp my sentiments from Holiday Messages on some white cardstock and cut them out using the strip die from Sweet Feline, trimming it to the right length.

A simple card, made so fun with the iridescent colors that changes when the card is moved.
