Hello!
Today I am showing you this elegant floral card featuring the gorgeous Peonies In Bloom from the new May release by Mama Elephant.
I started my card off by creating a watercolor background in a soft peachy color. I focused most of the color in the bottom left corner and added some splats further up the card. When this was fully dry I die cut it with the largest die from the Sweet Feline die set.
Then I cut a piece of wood patterned paper to fit the front of my card and adhered the watercolor panel to it so there’s a small border showing on each side.

For the flowers, I heat embossed them in gold on some vellum paper and die cut them with the matching dies – so quick and easy, which makes them perfect for making multiple cards.
I used liquid glue to adhere them to the watercolor panel, hiding most of it behind the heat embossed lines.
For the sentiment, I used scraps of the same wood patterned paper and heat embossed two sentiments from the birthday messages stamp set, and die cut them with the small strip dies from the Sweet Feline set.
